Deck Building can take many different tacs. But the most important of these tacs involves some kind of solid structure and foundation, especially for deck builders who follow the beat of a different drum. Metalzoav2 shows us how we can build a deck with solid construction using Destiny Hero - Disk Commander as the basis. But the principles can be applied to any type of deck you have in mind.
